Premium subscription wont work

Hi, I have an existing subscription which it being applied to my new web site (same domain as the old one) but the access key wont work. If I click the View key link, it shows the code but also the email of the site developer which I’m assuming does not have the domain in their account. How do I remove their details and use my own?
