So I paid for the pro edge service, and I purchased a $150 performance optimization. At first everything was quick, request for passwords and general “what’s going on”. Then a month later and still nothing done… Kind of upset at this point since it was supposed to get done within two weeks after purchase. I sent you an email to Will, but not sure who I need to contact about this issue.
