Premium Support

  • How does premium support work? I am hosting with blue host and pages on my site that are static html pages, not php, load very quickly but when i load pages that are wordpress pages there is always a minimum 6+ second delay. This also occurs when i am in the CMS tools, for example, if I select New Post this page will take a min of 6 seconds to load and may take up to 20 seconds. Would your premium support help with these types of issues?

  • I have spent literally hundreds of dollars on the ‘premium support’ and it was a nightmare.

    The person who worked for Townes kept having to apologize for his awful customer service but then would make promises to do right by me and then mess up all over again.

    I wound up having to do the configuration on my own anyway so that’s how I wound up paying $400 for this plugin.

    Beware of premium service!
