• Because on the 24/7 premium support i didn’t received any answer, i will post here.
    I purchased premium plugin in October 2017.
    On your website, you say that is a lifetime license.
    On your website, you say last update was on 11 Apr, 18.
    I din’t received any updates.
    I tried to login in my account. Not working. Tried to reset password – Invalid username or email. As in my account doesn’t exist.
    I have all emails for order, new account, PayPal receipt.
    So can you explain what happened to my account and why i don’t receive updates?

    Hi,

    We recently shifted our site to new server.
    Still working on the database , so you might have lost the access to your account.
    Should be ready in a day or two.
    If you need it urgently , message your order id on the website & support team will create a new account for you till then.
    License – Yes , its a lifetime.
    Last update date is for free version , we haven’t released any updates recently for the premium version.
    You will be notified , when the update is available.

    Something doesn’t add up
    1. version for premium plugin on my website 1.0, no updates

    2. version for premium plugin on xootix.com 1.3 – last update April 2018

    So how isn’t any update for premium, when on your website you say last update on April and version for premium is 1.3. Version for free and premium are different, also last update dates.

    I wrote you on website 2 days ago and i didn’t receive any answer.
