Because on the 24/7 premium support i didn’t received any answer, i will post here.
I purchased premium plugin in October 2017.
On your website, you say that is a lifetime license.
On your website, you say last update was on 11 Apr, 18.
I din’t received any updates.
I tried to login in my account. Not working. Tried to reset password – Invalid username or email. As in my account doesn’t exist.
I have all emails for order, new account, PayPal receipt.
So can you explain what happened to my account and why i don’t receive updates?
