    Hi there! I have sent two support requests from within the support form on my site well over two weeks ago and have not heard back from you. I also submitted through your website once. I found this forum and see that you are responsive here and am hoping to get some help with my issue =) Can you please advise a way for me to contact you directly to ensure you are actually receiving my requests as I am concerned the form on my site may not be sending the message to you despite receiving the confirmation message.

    Did you submit your request on our site here: https://www.wp-timelineexpress.com/contact/ ? Can you try and re-submit another request. I will double check that it’s coming through and respond there if it is, else I can post back here.

    I submitted a request through the back-end of my site to test this for you! It did give me a confirmation saying that the message had been sent, but I don’t know any other way to double check it. I’ll also send a message through your website again! I’m sure we can get this sorted haha
