    I have been getting HTTP ERROR 500 when I try to access premium support for the last ~18 hours. I’ve tried multiple devices and internet connections. Maybe something’s going on there?

    It’s the downside of testing development code on our production sites. ?? It’s rare there’s an issue, but it can happen. The support site should be running fine now – thanks for the heads-up.
