    Hello, There

    I need help, I’m your premium user but my all keys are expired. Auto-renewal is enabled but it not working for me also Premium support not working. Please help me in this, I’ve 4 keys in my account and want to renew all them. How can I do?

    Sorry to hear you’re having trouble renewing your keys.

    As a Premium user you have indeed access to our Premium Support. Please open a ticket on our dedicated platform so we can assist you.

    In case you’re not able to log into your account, please send an email to billing[at]wordfence[dot]com and specify the domain name(s) your request is related to.

    Hi. I have the same problem as webmasterfsd.

    It’s ironic that if you need help with Auto-renewal or billing you cannot open a support ticket because the system tells you are not a premium user (dah!)…

    More ironic is that the auto-answer from billing also suggests you should open a premim ticket ?? .

    I believe Wordfence could improve its billing and pre-sale support policy….
