    Hello,

    I bought the premium subscription package for 2-5 sites and I’ve sent two support requests but no one has replied.

    Is this company still operating? Where is everyone?

    Hi @loveservices, yes, we’re still very much here. If you’ve contacted us in the past 3 days, we’ll get back to you soon, we happen to be having an increase in support requests this week. Our typical response time is 12 to 48 hours.

    If you contacted us before then, your message may not have gotten through for some reason. Please email support [at] wprssaggregator [dot] com in case the contact form on our website has any issues.

    I’ll have to close this thread here now as we can’t provide any premium support via this forum, as per forum rules.

    Thanks Mark. Naweed has now replied. I did wait at least 48 hours before posting but at least we’re now talking.
