    Hello,

We are a $99 upgraded version of W3TC and currently facing some really mind-boggling issues with this plugin.

    Issue #1:
We have a cron that work once daily and it stops abruptly when Object Cache is enabled. Disabling object cache makes it work perfectly fine.

    Issue #2:
We use a premium SEO plugin AIOSEO, it has ajaxified admin panel. Everytime we “save” the changes and refresh; old changes are reflected back. We have to deactive W3TC every single time to make changes to this plugin. Which works fine without W3TC.

    Issue #3:
AAM – Access Manager for WordPress plugin which also uses Ajax based functions does not reflect changes. Infact it reflects some really nasty random changes after refresh.

Disabling W3TC resolves almost all issues at once!

Please inform the further course of action what am I missing in this configuration?

Is there some special config for this?
The fact that issues resolve themselves as soon as W3TC is deactivated tells me that issue is with the caching plugin and not elsewhere.

Do you have special configuration rules for Nginx, Redis, Varnish, Cloudflare setup?

    Hello @bling007

    Thank you for reaching out.
The support in wp.org is provided for non-premium (free) users only, issues related to your premium subscription or account should not be posted in the forum since this is against wp.org guidelines.
Please drop us a note directly via the plugin in Performance>Support or via the website.
Make sure to share the website URL and the master.php or extract the configuration so we can see which setting may be causing the problem.
This is most likely the configuration issue.
    Thanks!

Let’s resolve this. Our backend is acting really nasty at times. And it took hours (4 to be precise) to peg it on Caching plugin. Normally, the immediate culprits are the poorly coded plugins or bugs; however it is not so this time.
