Premium support not responding

    Hi as you have suggested me that I have raised ticket on below support https://www.fredericgilles.net/support but they hardly respond until I post follow up 3 or 4 times even they do not put some effort to write that “we are looking into this issue”, below is the screenshot of of my opened ticket all are not responded even if its very urgent to me and I paid for the plugin.
