I installed the free plugin and had it working fine. I purchased the premium plugin and removed free plugin, then installed the new plugin which caused a 503 error on my site.

Could only get it back by removing premium plugin.

I reinstalled free plugin and again it works fine.

I logged in to your plugin support site and posted a support ticket on two separate occasions – your system says that email was sent however I never received email ack or response so am assuming your premium support system is broken.

Hopefully someone is checking this support forum.

    Thanks for your post.

    Where did you send mail?

Can you please tell me your issue in details?

If your selected post(or page) type and which page you are displaying the shortcode are same please exclude that post where you are displaying.

I logged in to my premium account page and selected ‘Support’ from the menu, filled out the form at https://www.pickplugins.com/contact/ (on 2 different occasions) and received message on form page “Email sent”. I did not get any email response so I am guessing even though the page says “Email sent” that you did not receive my messages.

I installed the free plugin and created a post grid, used the shortcode on page and it appeared as I expected.

When I purchased the premium plugin, I removed the free plugin, installed the premium plugin. The original post grid I created under the free plugin shows up in the post grid list. But the page on which it is displayed shows 503 error. I created a second post grid with the premium plugin and when I place this on page I get a 503 error on that page. When I remove the premium plugin and reinstall the free plugin, it works fine.

So the premium plug does not work on my site, but the free plugin does.

Yes I created a new page and posted the shortcode. When I publish and try to view that page I get a 500 error, but only for that page.

I will post an issue on your forum as you have suggested in your second reply.
