Premium Support Ticket Submission is Broken

Your forum rules say you won’t help Premium folks here, but your premium help desk ticket submission program is broken.
I log in, go to the support/ticket section, select that “something is not working as expected”, select Events Calendar Pro, then it tells me further down that I need a premium license found at the account page, so… I visit the link provided which takes me to my already-logged-in account page, and then I end up repeating this the loop and can’t get a text field or submit button to appear. My coworker also tried and got stuck in a loop.
Please fix this premium ticketing issue because Events Calendar Pro is breaking due to a conflict with Yoast SEO and I’d like to submit a detailed bug report on that.
