Premium User Plugin

Hey WP users. I run TmoNews.com, and we are looking for a specific plugin. It will allow users to sign up and become “premium users” for a set amount of money per month. This is what “premium users” will be able to do:
-Have access to certain pages that “regular” users would not have access to
-We need to be able to e-mail ONLY the premium users. We use Subscribe2 for our e-mail updates (But would be willing to change for this)

Actually, that is about it. Any other features are not exactly necessary. Colored comments etc would be cool but definitely not necessary. If there are not plugins out there like this, can anyone point me to somewhere that could design this for us?
