Premium version, cron job for email

Hello, I have a question about premium version and sending promotional e-mails functionality.

I am building a WooCommerce shop and I need the functionality when user add something to wish-list to setup cron job that once in a while(let say once in 3-4 days) the user receive mail that he/she have products in wish-list and to go to shop if he/she wants to buy it. Is this possible with premium version? Thank you.
