Preorder

Hi there,

I was wondering if it’s possible to pre order when restaurants are closed. For now I only see the option to pre order when a product is not in stock. As I have a restaurant page I want customers to be able to order at, for instance 3, even when the restaurant only opens at 5. How can I do this?
