Preparation time

    Hello,

    your extension is great! There is just one detail that I do not manage, I found a “preparation time” field, for me it manages the security time between the time at which the customer chooses a service type, leaving a time of security necessary for the preparation of the order. Can you confirm it ? And suddenly if it is, it does not work on my site.
    If not, is there a way to manage safety time?

    Hello,

    Food preparation time is just the gap that you need before sending the order to customer. Suppose this is 2:55PM and there is no preparation time, then customer will see the available time from 3PM onwards, leaving you no time to prepare that order in just 5 minutes. If you set preparation time as 30MIns then the customers will see available time from 3:30Pm onwards. Hope I made myself clear.

    Ok, that’s what I understood. The problem is that I have a date and time difference, I have checked all the time zones on my installation and everything is fine and of course on my “Europe / Paris” time zone.
    Maybe you have an idea of ??why this lag is.

    Can you please explain the lag. I am not getting your point on this. I hope you have checked the timezone settings under WordPress general settings.

    Well the preparation time is not taken into account on my installation, I wanted to apply 40 min of security time which asks to select a time slot lower than this time but it always shows me the slots even if it does not 5 minutes left before the pickup or delivery time.
    I also notice that on your demo there is no more preparation time. Maybe you haven’t applied any prep time.

    I found a lead about the malfunction to show the service slots with a prep time like it was not currently.
    This is the Store & Service Hours add-on, as soon as it is activated, there is no more preparation time.
    Can you see perhaps a solution for it ?

    If the activation of the extension is creating the issue, then surely its the extension which is creating the trouble. We are looking into it. We’ll release an immediate update once the issue is fixed.
