prepopulate field with URL of page where form is located

Hi!

I think my question is very similar to https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/query-parameter/ but the screenshots are no longer available, so I can’t really visualize the solution.

I’d like to have a form on posts where people will be identifying missing information related to those posts. I want to have a hidden field that has the post URL, so ideally, I could use a parameter to pre-ppoulate the field with the URL so neither the user nor I had to reenter the URL (or guess at it, in my case.)

Is there a way to do that?
