    Hello

    Will the cart abandonment recovery work for guest users?

    When the user fills in the data on woocommerce checkout form, will it capture the contact data (email or phone if provided), and if the user abandon the cart, will it schedule the recovery email?

    If so, is there a free/freemium plan to test it?

    Thank you for your question. If you would like to find out more about our Pro version, please send us a message via this form: https://www.cartbounty.com/contact/ as WordPress does not allow supporting Premium plugins here.

    However I can say that the Free version will capture both email and phone number if a user tries entering it in the checkout form. If a guest user reaches the checkout form and enters his details, they will be immediately saved. Feel free to download our free version and try it out.
