I’m looking at MailPoet as a potential mailer for my site, which is pretty small.

I’m finding the Business pricing a bit confusing. Have I understood correctly that it costs (if paid annually) $9 per month for each 500 subscribers?

So, 2,000 subscribers would cost $36 per month or $432 per annum?

    Thank you

    Hello there @paddy-landau,

Thank you for considering MailPoet for your website’s mailing needs. It’s wonderful to hear from prospective users, and I’m here to provide the clarity you need regarding our pricing structure.

To address your first query, yes, you’ve understood correctly. Our pricing, when paid annually, effectively breaks down to about $9 per month for each segment of 500 subscribers within our Business plans. This structure is devised to offer scalability and affordability as your subscriber list grows.

Regarding your specific scenario for 2,000 subscribers—our pricing tiers are indeed segmented to cater to ranges of subscriber counts. Since our plans adjust in specific brackets (500 > 1000 > 1500 > 2500 > 5000, and onwards), for a subscriber list of 2,000, you would look into subscribing to the Business 2500 plan. This plan is designed to comfortably fit your subscriber size plus room for growth up to 2,500 subscribers.

For the Business 2500 plan, the cost is $26 per month if paid annually, which totals to $312 per year. This pricing is part of our commitment to providing a competitive, valuable service to our users across different stages of growth.

Thank you once again for your interest in MailPoet. We’re looking forward to the possibility of supporting you and your site.
