I have a presales question regarding your PW Bulk Edit plugin.

I’m currently using Woocommerce Advanced Bulk Edit and it can’t handle editing variations for A LOT of products at once. It serves up the results of a search one screen at a time and you have to manually go through each screen to delete variations, which I’m needing to do right now.

Can PW Bulk Edit handle editing (in my case, deleting) certain variations that meet a certain criteria ALL AT ONCE, not going through screen by screen?

Also, is the $20 a one-time fee, or is that the monthly fee?

    Hello,

PW Bulk Edit lets you edit/delete a maximum of 1,000 variations at a time, however this can be adjusted. The limit is in place to prevent overwhelming the browser and server, it’s not a technical limit of the plugin.

If you need to edit more than 1,000 variations at one time, we recommend adding an additional filter to narrow the results (maybe choosing to update by category, attribute, etc).

If that isn’t a viable option, adjust the first line of the plugin file and change PWBE_MAX_RESULTS to something higher than 1000. If you encounter any errors, scale back the number until you find the sweet spot for your system.

The $20 is a one-time fee which entitles you to all future updates.

If you have any other questions let me know!

    Thank you for your response.

I downloaded the demo version and a problem I noticed is that I can see the name of the product, and if there are any variations of that product, they only read as “Variation of <product>.”

Is there any way to have the actual name of the variation appear?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Variations don’t have titles like the Products do. However, in the Pro version you can see (and edit) the Attributes that make up the variation.

So for example, if you have a Variation with the Size attribute “Large” and the Color attribute “Red”, then you will see the Large and Red columns in the results.

Let me know if you need further clarification!

Can you show a screen example for variations?

I need to search by a specific variation for all of my products and remove them since I’m not offerering that variation any more.
