    Hi their,

    I’m try to build an Arabic medical directory (like this one https://www.amistog.com/IndexSearch ) for my client using your amazing Connections plugin , and I added few samples records to test the plugin, so I have these questions:

    1. I don’t know how to add filters above the data in frontend, it only display “show all” but there are no any other filtering method.

    2. I need to add horizontal filter as following:
    a. Type (Doctors, Hospitals, Scan centers ..etc)
    b. Specialist (Dentals, Bones, ..etc)
    c. Scientific Degree (Specialist, Prof., ..ect)
    d. Governorate
    e. City (auto change up on selected governorate)

    3. I noticed that their are option to change the text strings in tools but I can’t find it in my version.

    There is an advanced search beta addon I do offer Pro Pack customers upon request.

    Here are a few live third-party sites using this beta addon:

    For this search to work, you would add top-level categories; “Type”, “Specialist”, and “Scientific Degree”, then add as child categories the respective options.

    Then you would assign the directory entries to the categories that are to be associated with.

    I am not sure what a “Governorate” is, I’m guessing it is sort of like a province/state (region) based on the giving context of your question/example. The advanced search does have that option.

    What it does not is the “City” filter based on the “Governorate”. The closest would be that the “State” (region) field is dependent on the chosen Country. YOu could repurpose those two fields and use the “Country” field as the “Governorate” and then input the Cities in the State field. It would not be semantically correct, but I think it would give the result you want to achieve.
