Presentation Page Not Found

A couple of issues that I hope that someone can help me with.

1) Presentation page is bringing back and error message of page not found. It is “enabled” If I am logged in as admin I can see it but not when I go to the url directly.

2) When viewing the site on different size screens it cuts off the far right side unless you scroll over. Also on a photo gallery page it “squishes” the photos.

Any help anyone can lend me would most certainly be appreciated very much!
