Preset Custom fields when opening a new ticket

We have defined a few custom fields for awesome support. And then we added an option within our software (not web based) so that the user can press a button for “create support ticket”. this will create a link to our support webpage similar to:
The called page contains the shortcode [ticket-submit] which creates the ticket submission form.
I know how i can fetch the parameter values from the URL. But i have no clue how i can fill in the parameter values as presets for the custom fields in the ticket.
Is there any example for how this can be achieved?
