Preset email text

    Hi, I have downloaded the free version of this plugin. The problem I am having is that I can’t change any preset text in any of the emails. I can’t click in the box or even see the email text. I receive the emails fine.
    Please could help before I buy a pro version? Thanks

    Hello @lcoll,

    Can you send me a screenshot so I can see how it looks ?

    Most likely, there is another plugin which is breaking our content boxes for the emails.
    Can you try to disable every plugin that you have installed except Paid Member Subscriptions and then check to see if this issue is still happening ?
    If not, activate them one by one and check to see which one of them is breaking the emails.

    Hello @icoll,

    There’s no other way to do this. You either do it, find the culprit plugin and remove it or you do it, customize the messages and then activate everything again.
    The content should still be there even if you don’t see it.
