Presets do not show in YITH AJAX Filters Preset

  • When I add the YITH Block to the Shop page in woo commerce it does not show any presets to choose from even though I have 2. Displays “Please choose the preset to render” nothing else and no way to choose. I have tried it with the stock them and the same thing.

    Hi. I had the same issue with the new widget, but the classic version worked for me (YITH say they have included it “to allow compatibility in different scenarios”). Have you tried it?

    You should be able to choose the preset on the right of the edit page when you add the block, here: https://sendgb.com/uAzKm2wDCcj

    Also, you can always add the preset you want with the shortcode provided for each preset when you create it.
