Presets Problem

Whenever I go to use some type of short code like Youtube, it automatically pastes a copy of the previously used post/code. So it already has a youtube video that was previously used.

So i figured it had something to do with the presets at the bottom. So I changed them and it clears the data. Except after I use it again it goes back to saving all the information and the Last Used Setting preset comes back..

Any ideas on how to get it not pasting in a youtube link on its own? I like the presets but it uses the very last information I log.
