Pressing the button and nothing happens

  • Hi, I am very new to doing anything web related, but I know I will save a lot of time by uploading images via URL… so I downloaded this plugin. When I go to the media library, the button appears, but when I click it, nothing happens.. I am just wondering if you can help me get it to work? Thank you so much in advance

    What browser are you using? It seems to be working. And what plugins may you have installed?

    I have tried it on Microsoft edge and google chrome.. neither seem to be working.. I have the following plugins:

    Elementor, Elementor Pro, Flexible Product Fields, Google Listings and Ads, Jetpack, Kirki Customizer Framework, LiteSpeed Cache, MailPoet, PDF Invoices & Packing Slips for WooCommerce, Pinterest for WooCommerce, WooCommerce, WooCommerce PayPal Payments, WooCommerce Shipping & Tax, WordPress Importer, WP CLI Login Command Server

    I did put a WooCommerce fix in there a while ago for the shop, so that would not stop it. I might think it could be Elementor or Elementor Pro stopping it.

    To debug the issue, you need to disable each plugin one at a time and see which one is conflicting. The one that is disabled where the other one now works, let me know.

    facing same issue. look like elementor pro causing the trouble.

    I have the same issue on Elementor Pro. Button does nothing. I know it’s not an issue with the server nor is it a plugin. Do you know how I can fix this?

    I’m not using Elementor and this is happening for me as well.

    I do have Woocommmerce installed though. When I deactivate it, this plugin works. So it looks like the Woo fix isn’t working anymore.
