Pressing the uninstall button for Facebook for Woocommerce does not work.

I understand you’re getting the error message “uninstall unsuccessful” when you try to uninstall the Facebook for WooCommerce extension connection.

Could you please try removing the WooCommerce integration from your Business integrations on Facebook (Profile > Settings & Privacy > Settings > Business Integrations) and try again to see if you can uninstall the extension? Just follow the above link and then the steps highlighted in this screenshot.

Please let me know what you find so I can help further!

I tried it, it seems removed, but woocommerce is still on the same screen.

I tried both, the first one gives an error.

This might need to have Facebook completely reset as it appears to be ‘holing onto’ various items – this can cause it to not want to uninstall. We have a support page with a plugin that will help reset the Facebook settings found here:

(Ignore the error message on it). After resetting the plugin try to see if it uninstalls, and let us know the results!

It looks like you are still having trouble with uninstalling Facebook for WooCommerce’s connection.

It will be great if you could share your current System Status Report. You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button and send us directly via?WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.
