That’s set in the CSS code – You can make changes via Custom CSS (add via plugin if your theme does not have it; or using a Child Theme, by adding this and changing the uppercase – see: https://www.w3schools.com/cssref/pr_text_text-transform.asp

    text-transform: uppercase;
}
