Can you tell me which device you are seeing this? iOS/Android version and browser? Thank you!

I’m on android, note 10+, version 11 and I believe it to be chrome.

Thanks for the info. We’ll have to investigate this a bit more.

I know webview is a stripped down browser, so something must be failing there due to a limited feature-set. Our backup script is loading instead. Unfortunately, webview isn’t easy to troubleshoot since they don’t provide dev tools or anything to help find the issue, but we are working on the issue.

When I surf the Presto website via facebook or even this website:
Here (facebook link) I do see the Presto player perfectly with no issues.
Maybe you would like me to send you the user&password to my website so you can see what’s triggring this issue?

Unfortunately, the webview on Facebook has a limited feature set. However, we are now investigating it and we are now working on the issue.

Nevertheless, I can not provide an exact date on when the fixes will be available.

Thank you, but as I said – other websites using the Presto player and working completely fine with facebook webview on my end. that’s why I offred to send my web password to you, so you can check what is triggering it. Is that possible? it’s very importent to me ??
