Pretty blantant rip off

    What’s the shocking bit? When you say it’s a blatant rip off, are you just going off some design elements rather than actual code?

    Personally I think www.ads-software.com shouldn’t add themes to the directory that have just cloned other designers work.

    I would be gutted if I spent months designing a premium theme, just for someone else to clone it, make a few small tweaks, and add it for free to the official directory.

    I appreciate that is my personal opinion, but then I thought that is the purpose of a review, to submit a personal opinion.

    I would be shocked to see a blatant ripoff too, but not shocked to see inspiration. There are no original ideas in the web.
