Pretty flexible solution for multiple forms

We’ve incorporated Easy Forms for MailChimp for whitepaper downloads, email course subscription and blog updates across different pages and sections of our site. It’s fairly flexible, good UX, proper documentation and powerful add-ons as well.

The plugin supports multiple MailChimp forms on the same page and integrates smoothly with MailChimp List Groups, and provides a number of options for follow-up emails, single/double opt-ins and more.
