Pretty Link was Successfully Created but No

    Hello,
    I’m using this plugin on different sites without problem, but on some sites there is this error or problem.

    I’m creating the link, there is this message :

    Your Pretty Link was Successfully Created

    Cool ! but no ! the link is not really created, impossible to see it on admin.php?page=pretty-link or to find it in the DB, nothing at all.

    in admin.php?page=pretty-link there is only a video Watch this video to see how to get started! nothing else.

    WP is fully clean with WP Optimze, database is clean and fixed too.

    What could be the problem and the solution ?

    this plugin is quite helpfull for me.

    It sounds like the database tables may not have been created properly.

    Try deactivating Pretty Link.

    Then using phpMyAdmin or a WordPress plugin like Adminer browse to your wp_options table and search for the prli_db_version row and delete it.

    Then re-activate the Pretty Link plugin again.

    If you’re not sure how to do this, your webhost may be able to assist with the above instructions.

    Hello,

    I tryed to do it : no changement, still the problem
    I also deactivated plugin, canceled it and used Wp Optimize to clean DB
    At this moment there is no more the prli_db_version row
    I reinstaled plugin, and still the same the error no succes to create a link,

    Idea or other solution ?
