Pretty Permalinks for Events List View

    I am using The Events Calendar V4.8.2 with WordPress 5.1.1

    When viewing an events archive page in list view the URL is as expected (eg. website.com/events) but the archive pages and previous/ next links don’t adhere to pretty permalinks as per my wordpress site settings (eg. website.com/events/list/?tribe_paged=1&tribe_event_display=past) and I can’t see any way to change them in the admin. What I am hoping for is a permalink like website.com/events/page/2/ .

    I see that my site works in the same way as The Events Calendar demo page at wpshindig.com/events/list/ so that appears to be the default behaviour.

    The result of this also creates a conflict with the Yoast plugin. Yoast prints Canonical links, rel=’next’and rel=’prev’ by default in the head of each page, and uses my global wordpress settings for permalinks to generate these, and as a result there are broken links in my events calendar pages that are hurting my SEO efforts.

    Is there a way to generate pretty permalinks for The Events Calendar archive pages?
