prettypay link leads to a blank page!!!

    Hi Thanks for that thorough reply on my previous question.

    Im afraid ive got a problem!!!

    I connected to stripe, no problem. Im watching your video now. But when I click on prettypay links. I have a blank page! I do not have a place to enter new link. This is terrible, because I had planned to really dive into it and start using it immediately.

    What can I do? I see the blue banner that says pretty links, but the page is blank. I have the icon in the lower right corner with the menus when clicked. Made with ? by the Pretty Links Team this and a couple links are at the bottom of the page.

    WordPress 6.4.1 is the version of wordpress.

    Active License Key Information:

    Status: Active on buyandsellgoldbullion.com
    Product: Pretty Links Developer Edition
    Activations: 4 of Unlimited sites have been activated with this license key

    guess Im back to Easy Digital Downloads. I cant believe this is happening! There is nothing else strange going on with my computer. Its just the the prettypay link leads to a blank page with no option to add anything.

    i tried deactiving the plugin and reactivating and everything about prettylinks seems to be working. All except the prettypay link.

    email or text the number i gave and i could send you login info my site. I am not in a position to buy upgraded support. I was hoping to start having some success using prettypay with stripe, as I hadnt had any luck with EDD product posts. Im dead in my tracks on this project at this time.

    i logged into prettylinks website and it says i dont have any active licenses?

    i thought my developer license was lifetime?

    i have tried on Firefox and Brave. Same thing. If this was a paid upgrade, I never saw anything saying so?

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
