Prevent admin account from logging-in via WooCommerce Login Page

I’ve gone to the trouble of hiding the WordPress dashboard to prevent hacking attempts but it turns out everyone can still log in through the store login for customers.
Is there any way to limit administrators from logging in through the store login page?
