Prevent autoclose on form submission

Hi Florian,

When the form is submitted the page is reloaded so the box status is reset.

If you can change the URL that the form is submitted to to https://eliv.com.tw/events/#boxzilla-9968 the box will open again on reload.

You can also trigger the box trough Javascript if Gravity forms gives you a Javascript event after submit.

Do you have any idea how to make this work.

Could you test with Autoptimize disabled and see if that solves the issue?

I tested it and when Autoptimize is disabled it also doesn’t open with that link.

To prevent the box from closing when the form is submitted, you will have to enable AJAX for your Gravity Form.
