Prevent caching of user menu

Hello, I have a module that allows users to switch between user types, but the ultimate member role-based menus are not adjusting to the user type as I switch from one user to the next. I believe this is due primarily to the user cache, but it doesn’t always seem to resolve it.

Is it possible to prevent user cache? Is there anything else I would check (other than purging the system cache, which I tried)?
