    Hello,

    Thank you for providing such a great plugin!

    We are a seller based in China and typically use PayPal, Stripe, Payoneer, Google Pay, and Apple Pay to process payments globally for both virtual and physical products.

    However, we’ve noticed some instances of chargebacks. Could you share the best practices for preventing chargebacks? Additionally, do you recommend specific payment methods or a combination of methods to minimize them?

    Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    I hope you are doing well. Are you using any of our gateway add-ons related to this question, such as the buyCRED Gateway, cashCRED Gateways, or Store Gateways?

    If this is a general question, We recommend discussing it with PayPal’s support team if you’re using their gateway, as our plugin currently does not have a feature for handling chargebacks.
