Prevent checkout when not in zone

  • I am using Shipping Zones by Drawing for Woo version 2.4.5. When the address is outside of the zone, I am still able to checkout. Is there something in the plugin that I could prevent this from happening? Thank you

  • I didn’t really understand the difficulty, if everything is set up right, it works perfectly.
    If you are not within the zones designed, in my case the option is COLLECT IN THE SHOP
    Check the configurations well.

    In last case check if it is not a conflict with another plugin, I had this case and deactivated the other plugin.

    I am not sure what I missed in configuration. If I load the checkout page with the address info and not in the zone, I will not be able to checkout. However, if I were to change to address to within the zone, and I could checkout. This is the expected behavior. Then without reloading, and change the address to outside the zone, the checkout function still works. The shipping text is empty and doesn’t say free delivery.

    You must have a shipping method, that is, if it is outside the area, the customer who checks out must pick it up at the shop.
