Prevent duplicate entry

    Dear all,

    How to prevent users from entering the same data in form fields.
    for eg. Mobile Number.
    A popup message should display when the user enters the existing data.

  • Hi @haijaggu143,

    Sorry, but we cannot restrict the users from entering the same data in the form fields as it is not a part of the contact form. If anyone is filling a contact form then he/she should have the privilege to contact the site admin as many times as he/she wants.
    We cannot restrict that in case of the contact form.
