  • Hello,

I changed the minimum capability so now only administrators can edit plugin options.

    Cheers!

I am logged in as an administrator and when I click on the settings link I get the message “You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.” Do you think this is because of the change you made? I am using version 1.2

    Thanks!

    Hello,

Are you sure you are logged in as an administrator?

If you are, can you try to edit the plugins/current-menu-item-for-custom-post-types/current-menu-item-for-cpt.php file, and on line:12 replace edit_files with activate_plugins and let me know if this works.

If it does, i will make another update to the plugin.

    Thanks.

Wow. Thanks so much for the quick response. Very impressive! ??

I want to report that your edit worked perfectly. I can now access the settings. It is working!

I also want to confirm that I am indeed logged in as an administrator. No question about that.

You’re welcome. Thank you too for reporting the error.

I will update the plugin later tonight so nobody else will have this problem.

    Cheers!
