Same here. I did the following testing:
1. I renamed the plugin folder, unchecked Block users from logging in to the backend? and could login. Then, renaming it back to it’s original name, again I could not login. I purged all caches. It seems that clearing the fastCGI cache did it, I could login again.
2. Still the Cookie Notice’s ok button is not clickable on mydomain.com/wp-admin or …/wp-login.php.
3. I get the following error on mydomain.com/wp-login.php, when I click the cookie notice’s ok button:
Error: The username field is empty.
Error: The password field is empty.
To reproduce this error: log out. You should see something like https://mydomain.com/wp-login.php?loggedout=true&wp_lang=en_US, delete everything after …php, click the cookie notice’s ok button.
4. When I deactivate the official AMP plugin, I can click the cookie notice’s ok button and the banner disappears on …/wp-admin as well as …/wp-login.php, no issues detected with any other plugins I have installed and activated.
