Prevent Google to index secondary languages

Hello,

Im facing weird issue where Google is indexing secondary language for keyword which is on primary language.

For example, for some reason this page is indexed for keyword “lavanda” instead to be indexed for keyword “lavender”

I see this page ranking
https://balavander.com/en/lavanda-vodic-za-pocetnike/

Instead of this:
https://balavander.com/lavanda-vodic-za-pocetnike/

My primary language is Serbian and English and Russian are secondary.
I don’t want Google to index secodary languages and confuse users.

How to prevent this from happening?
If there is no other way, I would like to prevent indexing of secodary language pages completely.
I want to focus on pages on primary language.
