I am using Pretty links, where all my links are marked as nofollow. The problem is that the links is getting indexed by Google, which is not so good. It does this even if I choose 301 or 307 redirect.

How can I prevent pretty links from being indexed?

Another Question: Is it possible to automatically add a slug like /out/ or /link/ to all my pretty links? Where can I setup this?

Yes, you can prefix your links with out/ or link/ etc but not automatically at present. Our 2.0 release coming soon will allow this to be automated though.

If you do prefix all links, then it will be easier to use a robots.txt file to ask bots not to follow certain directories.

I also add prefix links in robot.txt but its not delete yet…. I add in this format

    Disallow: /out/
    Disallow: /wp/out/
    Disallow: /go/
    Disallow: /recommended/

    the codes is correct?

Yes, that looks correct. It may take some time for Google to remove them. I believe you can request for certain URL’s to be removed using webmasters tools also.
