Prevent inserting into captions

  • From the page source, it looks like you are using a different plugin (Quick Adsense WordPress Plugin). Easy AdSense does have some logic to place the ads in between paragraphs.

    Yes, that is correct. However, I tried Easy AdSense beforehand which had the same issue. Maybe not on the same post, but on others. Are you saying it isn’t supposed to insert into captions?

    Yes, Easy AdSense is not supposed to insert ads anywhere other than in between (or before and after) paragraphs whenever possible. But if you have only one long paragraph in the post, and have specified the “Force Mid-Text Ad” option, then it may insert it somewhere near the center of that paragraph.

    Here is an example of Easy Adsense inserting into a caption: backupreview.staging.wpengine. com/uranium-backup/ (remove space from link – this is a staging area and I don’t want google to index it)
