Prevent multiple profile change abuse.

  • Hi there, is it possible to allow users to change their profile only let’s say once a day, or week, or month?

    The reason is that my user’s profiles should not be changed often and I don’t want users to abuse the form and constantly change for no reason.

    Do you want to hide the “Edit Profile” link and prevent directly accessing the Profile Edit Form within 1 week after updating the profile, and then reset the updated data so they are allowed to edit the profile again?

    Hi there, that could work to. Either that or just make the field not editable.1 week sounds good.
