prevent search result page from being cached

I want to prevent our search results page from being cached. The site is https://hpathy.com/ and we use Google custom search.
The search results page
https://hpathy.com/search-results/?q=symptoms%20homeopathy
gets cached despite adding the following the page cache settings, ‘Never cache the following pages’
/search-results*
I have added a * at the end of the page as the query (?q=) changes with every search.
What should I do to avoid caching this page.
