Prevent select Prominent words from being crawled

I run a local tourism website.

When I optimize a page for a particular keyword/key phrase, I can usually be successful.

However, it bothers me that the “Prominent words” on most of my pages don’t correlate to the particular keyword/key phrase that I am optimizing for.

Normally the issue is that I have a long listing of businesses and I always display the “address” of the business (street city, state zip)

So unfortunately usually the “Prominent words” end up being the “city, state zip” since it is listed so many times on the page.

Is there a way to avoid this issue or is it not much of a concern?
