Prevent “Your Account has been updated” email

We are updating a custom User field using a Zap from a Google sheet. That works, all is good.
Issue is this triggers an email “Your Account has been updated”I cannot find anywhere to edit or stop this email from being sent and nothing in the WP documentation. This email does not get triggered if we directly update a client account, just through this integration.
Any ideas of how we can prevent “Your Account has been updated” email – or even edit it? I simply cannot find the file that this would be coming from.
